We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

Self worth is the sense of ones own value or worth as a person. Are you valuing yourself? You should be. You should be holding yourself and the love for yourself on a high pedestal.

It’s time to stop looking at the reflection in the mirror for what we think is wrong and start looking past that reflection and see what’s on the inside. Don’t seek your self worth from external sources or material things.

Appreciate yourself and your worth because life is too short to have these toxic negative thoughts about our bodies.

What makes you who you are? It’s not your body.

You ARE worthy

You ARE valuable

You ARE lovable

You DO matter

You ARE BEAUTIFUL!

It’s time to start respecting yourself. Make a conscious effort EVERY day to do so.

Lack of respect and self-worth can result in depression and self-destructive behaviors. How you feel about yourself affects every aspect of your life. Life is no fun if you spend it hating yourself.

How you perceive yourself, how you talk about yourself will eventually become a reality to you. It’s time to recognize and appreciate the fact that you ARE a VALUABLE person.

Your self worth comes from within.

We have to appreciate ourselves more. Start changing your thinking to be more optimistic about yourself. Instead of always saying “I’m not…” start saying “I AM…”

You should be treating yourself as your own best friend. Treat yourself with the same care and compassion as you would treat your bestie.

Beauty is a state of mind, not a state of your body.

Look at yourself as a WHOLE person, not a specific body part. Measure your self worth by WHO you are on the INSIDE. know your value and behave and love YOURSELF according to that.

Practice daily self-compassion. Be kind and caring and remember that these small imperfections that You “think” you have are actually part of being human. We all go through things like this. It is important to remember though, that they are NOT what makes you who you are.

Remember to always think positive thoughts about yourself. It may take a little rewiring of your brain BUT you can do it.
