I was a slave to diet and exercise!

The weighing, measuring, making sure I was burning enough calories to lose the right amount of weight…it was making me go insane. I felt like I was stuck in this crazy vicious cycle of never-ending BEFORE pictures and diet failures.

In this episode, I will be sharing my story with you of how I overcame the vicious cycle of always feeling like I was a slave to diet and exercise in my line of work.
I will share how I overcame the feeling of not feeling like I was enough and how I came to realize I was not representing the TRUE me.
This is part of my story and I lay it all out there on how I was really feeling about all of this and how I came to find WHO I really was and how to get through the vicious cycle of it all.

It’s not always easy trying to keep up with the “Jones family” in the gym, that’s for sure.
