Praising people for weight loss might not be all it’s cracked up to be. Matter of fact, I think we need to stop focusing on it altogether.

We hear it all the time, “You look great. Have you lost weight? “
BUT is that doing some of us more harm than good?
In this episode, I will be discussing WHY weight loss praise may be something we should stop doing.
I’ll be discussing how we should be turning a weight LOSS journey into more of a HEALTH journey and focus on what we are gaining instead of losing.
Oh and I also dive a little bit into my own story about how I hate the before and after pictures you see out there all the time. Comparison is the thief of joy…especially if we’re comparing our own before and afters.
start taking the focus away from the weight loss/size/number on the scale, diet mentality and start loving ourselves enough to live a healthy life from the inside out.
