Get What You Want Out of Life Episode 5: What’s Stopping You?

What’s keeping you from getting what you want? FAKE LIMITS! Yes, I said it. We all have these limiting beliefs as to WHY we can’t get what we want out of life.

It’s the B.S. excuses we tell ourselves again that continue to limit our progress. Limiting beliefs OR FAKE limits are those which constrain us in some way. Just by believing them, we do not think, do or say the things that they inhibit. And in doing so we impoverish our lives. … Limiting beliefs are often about ourselves and our self-identity.

You become what you think about and what you think about expands.

If you think you can’t, you won’t.
If you think you’re not good enough, you’re not.
If you think you don’t have time, you won’t.
If you think you don’t have money, you won’t.
If you think you’ll fail at everything, you will.


All of those excuses you’re using are just FAKE limitations you keep putting on yourself.

YOU are the only limitation you will ever have BUT you are also the SOLUTION.

Your brain is what is holding you back. It keeps putting the brakes on your progress. It puts the anit-action thoughts in your head.  Your brain actually pits your feelings against your goals. It stopr you whenever things may get hard or you may be scared. It stops you from taking action and convinces you that staying in your comfort zone is where you should be. BUT as I said in previous episodes. nothing great EVER happens in your comfort zone.

Your feelings and your mind set are creating anti-actions instead of putting your thoughts into action! You have to life the brakes in your brain and take charge of your life. Believe that you can do whatever you put your mind to. To grow, you have to do the stuff that feels hard RIGHT NOW, NOT LATER. Quit procrastinating.

Quit quitting when things get hard or you just don’t feel like it. Quit quitting on yourself because you’re scared or uncertain. Quit putting FAKE LIMITS on your goals and dreams.


You ARE good enough

You DO have the time

You DO have the money
