In this episode, I’ll be talking about the struggles some of us face when it comes to weight loss and WHY we haven’t been able to lose the weight and keep it off.

There are actually 3 things I repeatedly see when my clients come to me. It seems they struggle with these 3 most often. I’ll be talking about them and diving deep into them:

  • Your Weight Loss Approach

Also, I’ll be discussing a few habits that will help you get through these struggles and actually see results instead of yo-yo-ing through it.
