In this episode, I’m laying it all out there and I’ll be talking about things such as:
- What body image REALLY is
- How you can feel good at any size, shape, or weight
- The difference between negative and positive body image and where these thoughts come from
- Why we struggle with body image
It might be time to switch the negative to positive and live a life of abundance. This starts from the inside out and comes with a LOT of freedom once you have an understanding of yourself and how you perceive what body image really is.
