SO which is it? Healthy or skinny? Can you have one without the other? Do the two come hand in hand? 

If you look at how society defines it, then you MUST be skinny in order to be healthy and everything else exciting that comes with life. If you know me and follow me, you know my answer is that the 2 do NOT have to come hand in hand. YOU can be healthy AND unhealthy at ANY SIZE!!

You can fight me on that but my gloves are off with all things that society promotes as healthy because quite frankly I have to say that about 90% of it is all BULLSHIT! 

We focus so much on our size and the number on the scale that we are actually missing out on what TRUE health really means. No worries though, I’m going to talk about it all in this podcast so go ahead, grab a cup of coffee and sit back and relax and listen up…
