In this episode, I’m diving into why we continually chase weight loss. A lot of women that come to me have struggled for years with yo-yo diets and they have tried everything, and then some, only to end up gaining back what they lost and feeling frustrated. 

Sound familiar? It seems we want to blame ourselves and think we failed when in reality we have been chasing something that is not real. I’m not sure why we, as women, continually chase the next big thing in search of losing those last 10 pounds, again and again. 

Why are we so disparity chasing weight loss and the next quick fix or whatever will get us slimmer by the wedding or big event we have coming up?
