Why do you work out? Go ahead and really think about that for a second before you dive into this podcast. People work out for many different reasons..to lose weight, to tone up in certain places, for that wedding they have coming up, to feel stronger and empowered. SO why do you work out?
I feel I used to approach working out from the wrong aspect and I’m going to be talking about that in this episode. It seemed no matter what I did, I wasn’t seeing the results I thought I should have been seeing. It wasn’t until I took a step back and asked myself WHY I was working out that I realized I was doing it for SUPERFICIAL reasons…YEP, many of us do that.
What approach do you take when you start a workout program? Is it positive or negative? DO you even know?
Let’s dive into it all real quick here. Shall we?
