Let’s talk DIETS for women over 40 in this episode. They say 40 is the new 30, thanks to healthier habits…BUT why are so many of us STILL struggling with weight loss? 

What is the BEST diet for women over 40? Is there one? I mean, there’s so much info out there and so many diets that you see on the daily so you’d think a few of them would be good for us women in our 40s…RIGHT??

Can you guess what my answer is? Let me just start by saying that your 40s are not the time to try fad diets for quick weight loss. You need a clear plan for long-term health, well-being, weight loss, and weight maintenance.

Both your nutritional needs (food and water) and your metabolism (how fast your body converts food to energy) change as you age. So what worked for you in your 20’s and 30’s may not work for you now and IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT. 

So let’s dive into what the “best diet” is for women in their 40’s.
