In this episode, I’m going to be revealing the reasons WHY what we’ve been told about weight loss is WRONG…It’s time we start rethinking weight loss and looking at it from a whole new perspective.

The things we’ve been told about weight loss are pretty much bullshit and I’m going to fill you in on the top 5 reasons. 

I believe in taking a balanced approach to health and wellness and I do NOT believe these myths are promoting any balance at all. It’s time to say goodbye to the quick fixes, weight loss trends, and restrictive mindsets. 

Having goals is great and all BUT they MUST be realistic and they have to be something you can sustain for the long haul and in the diet world, that’s not REALISTIC…

SO, let’s debunk these myths…shall we??
