In this episode, I’m going to be talking about 5 signs you may be working out for the wrong reasons. I’ll share a little bit of my story and how I used to work out for these EXACT reasons. 

I get it, when it comes to working out we all have our reasons or goals…But are they helping or hurting you? The way I used to look at was hurting me believe it or not….EVEN when I was standing up in front of that class leading the exercises. 

I often ask my clients what their goals are and why they work out and the answers all pretty much the same. 

“To be healthier” 

“To tone up” 

“To Lose weight” 

“ To feel better in my skin” 

If you’ve ever had a chat with me you know I have you dive deeper into those answers to find out the REAL reason behind working out. 

While there is nothing wrong with those answers, it makes sense to examine your reasons for wanting to create change. What’s your true motivation? Does it come from a place of lack — or is your desire to push yourself coming from a place of self-care/love/discovery?
