In this episode, I’m going to be sharing my story of how I overcame body dysmorphia and disordered eating.

Umm, I am as human as they come and I can tell you that I have STRUGGLED more than some may know and I hid it all so well for so many years…it was when I actually entered the fitness world that I realize how fucked up things were out there. I got to a point where I KNEW something had to change AND I needed not only to work on what I was struggling with BUT to share it with others because I kept seeing the same struggles with my clients. I got to a point where I refused to promote the bullshit anymore because it was fucking me up more than I had ever thought it could. 

So please, allow me to share the trial and tribulations of my journey with you…

It’s my GOAL to share the REAL, IMPERFECT, TRANSPARENT struggles that I have gone through to let women who struggle just as I did know they are not alone and there is another way.
