In this episode, I’m bringing up a comment I saw on a post about someone who had been working out for a while. They were in conversation with someone who told them they didn’t LOOK any different from working out.

I’m about to rip into WHY you should NEVER be so ignorant to say such a thing. We never truly know why a person starts working out nor do we know what their goals are. SO, to say something as far as HOW their EXTERNAL appearance hasn’t changed is straight up ignorant BUT I understand it because society is so BLIND to the fact that there are actually people out there that work out for other reasons than to shrink the size of their body.

Some people DO work out to change their bodies on the outside…BUT so many more work out out to FEEL different. Some work out for strength, empowerment, and endurance. Some work out to improve their mental health and of course, some do it because punching people in the face is frowned upon!!

I discuss that along with my reasons and feelings behind my workout years.

I hope to at least get the point across that is it NOT okay to say something like that to another person and WHY it’s not really okay.
