Liz recently went through my Mindset Madness program where we worked on the mindset we have around weight loss, food, and our bodies.

Prior to her getting started she said she felt frustrated, lost and was looking for honest help.

We worked through things like self-sabotaging thoughts, how we feel when we hear the word diet, and all the things that have been holding us back from seeing the results we deserve.

This is a 4-week program specifically to help women who are obsessed with food, struggling with weight loss, over-exercising, and never feeling like what they do is ever good enough.

It’s where you’ll finally break through the limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that have been holding you back.

We touch on all the thoughts we have around diets, body image, weight loss, exercise, and our past experiences that may have had self-sabotaging effects on us.

If you are tired of losing weight only to regain the weight back, I urge you to go through this short course before you start your next weight loss program.

This course provides what it’s missing from most weight loss programs on the market today, which is how to best apply their fitness advice into your life without burning yourself out.

There are so many weight loss programs that teach people how to DIET and exercise… What we don’t have are programs that teach people how to apply all the necessary changes into their lives without getting overwhelmed and burning out, which is the key to sustainable weight loss.

This is where the MINDSET MADNESS COURSE comes in.

It will show you how to best apply into your life all the weight loss and fitness advice you get from the weight loss or diet program you are following, with the lowest chance of burning out and quitting.
