In this episode, I’m going to be talking about the body positivity movement and what I am actually against…You may be surprised to hear that I am NOT against weight loss. It seems that sometimes when people hear body positivity they think it’s anti-weight loss and that it promotes obesity.
I’m 187% ANTI-DIET B.S. but if you have followed me and know my story, you know exactly why.
