We’ve all been there

Yep, we’ve all been there a time or two. You are not alone.
Not to brag but, I kind of consider myself a bit of an expert when it comes to losing your shit.

In this episode, I discuss how to keep your cool when you feel like you’re about to lose your shit. I’m giving you my 5 little steps to work through the “loss”.

If you’re someone who has lost your shit a time or 2, you’ll want to listen to this one. Oh and especially if you’re a mom…P.S. It doesn’t make you a bad mom!!

Being a mom can be difficult. Heck, there is no rule book on how to mom! If I can give you a few words of advice it’s that you are not failing as a mom. You are doing a good job, you kids know you love them and they love you too.
