The Paleo diet is an effort to eat like a caveman. Yes, that’s what I said CAVEMAN!! There are MANY benefits to eating this way.

America’s current eating habits are VERY unhealthy and Paleo is an effort to go back to eating how we are biologically designed to eat, allowing us to tap into our genetic potential and start living healthier immediately.

Eliminating certain foods and eating this way has show to improve inflammation, some autoimmune diseases and metabolic disorders, increased insulin sensitivity along with feeling more energetic and better digestion, to name a few.
