8 Tips on Staying Motivated

Sometimes is’t hard to stay motivated with certain things. Your job, your relationships, your health and fitness journey and mush more. When we get unmotivated, we tend to call it quits. Well, let’s not even think about quitting. Let’s look at a few helpful tips on how to stay motivated!

Motivation comes from with in. It all starts with the WHY!! Always go back to the WHY.

  1. Take it one day at a time.

It’s not a race, it’s a marathon. It takes time, trust the process.

2. Surround yourself with positivity.

Hang around with like minded people. Read personal development books and stay positive about it all.

3. Recognize your progress

Reward yourself, give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done.

4. Visualize yourself accomplishing your goal

What will life be like for you when you reach your goal?

5. Be kind to yourself.

There will be setbacks but take them as learning experiences and keep moving forward.

6. Don’t compare yourself to other people.

You never know how long they have been working at their goal. Just try to be better than YOU were the day before.

7. Make smart goals.

One step at a time. The baby steps you take each day will get you closer to your goals.  Be realistic about your goals.

8. Go back to your WHY!!

Always know WHY you have these goals. This will be your ultimate motivation!!
