We each have our own unique makeup and bio-individuality. I work with my clients one-on-one to help them reach their health and fitness goals. As your health coach, I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We’ll get clear on your goals together and work on simplifying your life to improve your overall health and wellness with simple strategies and steps you can implement TODAY to become a better, more balanced and happier person.
As a health coach, I support my clients to make step-by-step changes to their food and lifestyle so that they can permanently reach their goals. We’ll work together to transform your thought patterns to feel more confident and free and blast through what’s blocking you and your fears.
I offer a 3-month or 6-month health coaching program where we will have a 50 minute call every two weeks where I will support you and help guide you in the direction of your goals. Holistic health and lifestyle coaching is more than just learning about the food on your plate.
We’ll learn about nutrition for your specific body type and goals, but we’ll also put a focus on the foods that nourish your soul. These are called Primary Foods. Primary foods include being in balance with your career, spirituality, relationships, finances and emotional stability. Being in balance with your Primary Foods makes it easier to fuel your physical body to have the energy and confidence to live your best life!

The program includes bi-weekly health coaching sessions, unlimited email support, and accountability, recipes, workout ideas, handouts, personalized goodies and materials for you to follow that introduce you to a new way of thinking about food and the lifestyle you strive for!
There is NO one-size-fits-all diet. Today people feel compelled to align themselves with the newest diet fad which creates guilt and shame when we “cheat”. We’ll ditch the diet mentality! I’ll teach you to take the guesswork out of creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle based on your body type, goals and desires.
