How It Works

I offer a 3-month or 6-month health coaching program where we will have a 50 minute call every two weeks where I will support you and help guide you in the direction of your goals. Holistic health and lifestyle coaching is more than just learning about the food on your plate.

We’ll learn about nutrition for your specific body type and goals, but we’ll also put a focus on the foods that nourish your soul. These are called Primary Foods. Primary foods include being in balance with your career, spirituality, relationships, finances and emotional stability. Being in balance with your Primary Foods makes it easier to fuel your physical body to have the energy and confidence to live your best life!

Getting started is easy!

1. Set up a time to chat with me by clicking the button below.
2. Schedule a Discovery Call Session, which allows us to identify your health and life goals and figure out what you truly want to accomplish long term for yourself and your family.
3. Make a plan of action based off your goals!

The program includes bi-weekly health coaching sessions, unlimited email support, and accountability, recipes, workout ideas, handouts, personalized goodies and materials for you to follow that introduce you to a new way of thinking about food and the lifestyle you strive for!
