I get asked all the time how to get flat abs. Honestly, it comes down to your nutrition, abs are made in the kitchen. You have to eat right to see them.

I’m always running nutrition groups to help people understand the importance of your food choices.

I do love a good ab workout myself though every now and then. Try the one below and run through the moves for 45 seconds each and then do the workout 2 to 3 more times.

Be sure to keep your abs tight throughout each move and ALWAYS breathe!!
