Keto Taco Shells
You can’t have taco Tuesday without a SHELL can you?
The was seriously the EASIEST thing to make. I don’t even need to make a list for the ingredients.
Get yourself about 1/2 c. of shredded cheese ( any kind you like)per “shell” and spread it out in a small circle on a pan.
You’ll probably want to put in on top of waxed paper.
Cook it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are crisp.
Remove from the pan and slowly fold in into the shape of a shell. Top with taco meat and your fixin’s.
I put on more cheese, sour cream, taco meat and the GUAC was NOT EXTRA!!
