In this episode, I’ll be talking about DIETS and if they are actually setting you up for failure.
If you’re like most women, you believe dieting IS the key to weight loss and have spent more than half of your life and hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on fat burners, meal replacement shakes, weight loss programs and much more.
I’m about to call this self-sabotaging instead of dieting. I know, it’s a bit negative but today I’m telling you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear.
Time after time, we undermine our own success and let the diet fail us which only reinforces the setbacks.
This cycle continues, again and again, year after year, Monday after Monday only for us to “fall off the wagon” and gain the weight back and then some. We have to STOP falling for these diet lies…it’s setting us up for failure every time.
I’m about to dive more into the whole “eat less, move more”, Calorie deficit and all the struggles we have faced over the years with all of these new trendy, quick-fix diets and show you exactly what you need to do in order to break this cycle and stop self-sabotaging.
