In this episode, I’m going to be talking about 5 fads that aren’t worth your valuable time or cash, and they can even do more harm to your body than good… can I just say that there are WAY more than just 5.
Diet pills, magic shakes, waist trainers, cutting certain foods completely to juice cleanses and detoxes…a LOT of these may be doing us more harm than good.
