Through all my years of being into fitness and actually being in the industry, I have seen many different approaches to fitness and weight loss and what I want to know is…


In this episode, I’m talking about a few different aspects of fitness and how I’ve seen it in the past. I’m kind of picking a fight with the way it is promoted and how I feel it has nothing to do with HEALTH at all.

All the words the fitness industry uses makes me sick and it does NOT promote health as far as exercise goes. All the fat burners, pre-workouts and everything we’re using to make ourselves LOOK a certain way…is that HEALTHY?

So many people are working out to “Get lean”, make “Gains”, to lose weight BUT…what if you don’t see any of those results? Would you still workout?

It seems a lot of us are just doing it for a LOOK. BUT, WHAT HAPPENED TO HEALTH?

It’s time we change the reasoning behind why we workout and take away the whole “LOOKING GOOD” aspect of it all and make it more about our health…FROM THE INSIDE OUT!

It’s way deeper that what you’ll look like on the outside…you can have all the muscles and gains but if you don’t start from the inside, it will never be good enough for you.
